There’s nothing better than heading out on a fine day, for a round of golf, with some good mates, and a few cleansing ales to finish on the 19th.
Alas, with tight deadlines, back-to-back business calls, and clients to entertain, golf outings just aren’t as attainable as they used to be – Enter Sydney’s newest small bar – Golf in The City.
Opening earlier this year, Golf in The City‘s modern small bar, features a range of craft beer, fine wine, delicious snacks, and six x $80,000 state-of-the-art golf simulators that let you experience a round of golf on one of the world’s best championship courses, without even leaving the city.
The brainchild behind this new venue is prominent technology venture capitalist, and self confessed golf tragic, Roger Allen. Allen, chairman of venture capitalists Allen & Buckeridge, combined two of his passions: start-ups and golf, and invested more than $1 million of his own money into the small bar cum golf coaching centre.
Golf in The City also has a highly skilled, internationally recognised golf instructor (Andy Pharro) available for private, or group, (on-site) lessons.
Situated in the heart of Sydney’s central business district, Golf in The City is Sydney’s premier indoor golf venue, and the ideal for corporate functions, private parties, product launches, or a ‘cheeky 9’ with with a few mates.
